Azal Airlines Cancelled Ticket but Refund Still Not Received

I had booked a ticket with Azerbaijan Airlines from Moscow to Ahmedabad for 5 July, under ticket number 7712439690603, in the name of Nikhil Suresh D***. The airline cancelled my ticket without any prior notice, and although it has been around 4–5 days since the cancellation, I have still not received my refund. All my friends who booked the same airline for the same trip have already received their refunds, but mine is still pending. I purchased the ticket directly from the official Azerbaijan Airlines website. After noticing that I had not received any refund, I contacted my bank, but they informed me that no refund has been received or processed to my account so far. This situation has left my money stuck, and I am unable to book a new flight. Meanwhile, ticket prices for other airlines have already increased, causing me additional financial stress and inconvenience. I request that Azerbaijan Airlines process my full refund immediately and also consider compensation for the delay in refunding my money, as this delay has directly affected my ability to arrange alternative travel at a reasonable cost.
