I Rented from Carwiz for 2 Days But They Still Haven’t Refunded My Depósito

I rented a car from Carwiz for just 2 days and paid a ₺350 deposit at the time of pickup. It's now been over two months and I still haven’t received my refund. This is absolutely unacceptable. I’ve tried calling them multiple times—no one answers. Their so-called customer service is just an automated voicemail system, and there is no way to reach an actual human being.

Carwiz lures customers in with very cheap rental prices, but clearly they are cutting corners and using shady practices. I’m extremely frustrated and feel scammed. I demand the immediate return of my ₺350 deposit. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will pursue legal action. Don’t force your customers to go to court over what is clearly your mistake.
