HolidayAutos.com Denied My Rental & Won’t Refund My Payment

I booked a rental car through HolidayAutos.com for June 16-21, 2024, with Ziraat Filo as the supplier. However, when I arrived to pick up the car, Ziraat Filo refused to provide the vehicle, claiming that my Findeks score was too low—something I had no way of knowing in advance.

Since I was denied the car, I contacted Holiday Autos, expecting a refund. Shockingly, they told me they would not return my money, despite the fact that I never received the service I paid for. How is it fair to withhold my ₺6,832.51 when they failed to deliver the rental?
