I purchased an eSIM from Holafly and paid in full, but after completing the transaction, I realized my phone doesn’t support eSIM functionality. I immediately contacted Holafly support, and they acknowledged the issue. They even created a support ticket and assured me I’d receive a refund.
Now, they’re claiming the transaction was made in 2022—which is completely false. I have proof, including the transaction ID and a screenshot clearly showing I made the purchase on April 1, 2025. Despite this evidence, they’re refusing to return my money.
This is incredibly dishonest behavior. I couldn’t even use the product I paid for, and now they’re trying to avoid refunding me by referencing an incorrect date. Holafly, honor your promise and refund the money for a service I never received. I expect this to be resolved promptly.
