On September 11, 2025, I purchased an eSIM from Holafly’s official website for use in Sweden, paying €18.90 for my Xiaomi Mi 13 smartphone (Order No: #e14563682). However, I later discovered that my device does not support eSIM, which means I was unable to activate or use the product at all.
When I contacted Holafly customer support, they refused my refund request, claiming that 1 GB of data had been used — which is impossible since activation never occurred. When I followed up again, they only refunded €1.89, citing partial usage.
The attached screenshots clearly show that the eSIM was never activated or used in any way.
I am requesting a full refund of €18.90 for a service that was never utilized, and I urge Holafly to review its verification process for usage claims more carefully.
