I Lost Internet Mid-Trip with Holafly North Cyprus eSIM and Can’t Get a Refund

I purchased Holafly’s 9-day unlimited internet eSIM for North Cyprus (Order ID: E12227874), expecting stable service during my stay. Unfortunately, from the moment I arrived, the connection was weak and kept disconnecting frequently. Despite following all setup steps, I could barely use the internet, and by the 5th day, the service completely stopped working. My phone couldn’t connect to any local carrier—neither automatically nor manually.

I contacted Holafly support multiple times. Although I followed all instructions carefully, the issue was never resolved. Eventually, I requested a replacement activation code to reinstall the eSIM, but no code was ever sent—even after waiting an entire day. I’m now unable to use the remaining service days I paid for, and my entire 9-day purchase has gone to waste.

I’ve already informed customer service, but I’m extremely disappointed with the product quality and support. I request a full refund for the unused and faulty service. Holafly must take responsibility for delivering a product that failed entirely during travel.
