Hilton Refused Early Check-In and Showed Disrespectful Behavior Toward My Family

We booked three rooms at this hotel for our stay between July 25 and July 27. Before making the reservation, we requested an early check-in around 11 AM due to my family members’ age, and we were told that the hotel would accommodate our request.

However, when we arrived at the hotel on July 25, we were informed that they could not provide the rooms before 12 PM, even though the rooms were already available. The staff’s attitude during this interaction was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional.

Despite having stayed at this hotel multiple times in the past, this unpleasant experience has made us decide to stay elsewhere in the future.

We would like to extend our sincere thanks to Ms. C**** and Mr. M**** from the breakfast area for their respectful and courteous behavior. We only wish the same level of kindness and professionalism had been shown in other parts of the hotel.
