On March 1, 2026, I purchased an annual gym membership and spa package at the Hilton Kozyatağı spa. The membership was supposed to be valid from March 1, 2026, to June 1, 2027, and I paid a total of $1,378 for this service.
Today, about two hours ago, I learned that the gym has been closed and is no longer operating. When I contacted the staff and management at Hilton Kozyatağı regarding this situation, they dismissed my concerns and sent me away without offering a solution. This made me feel that my consumer rights were ignored.
I paid $1,378 for a service I can no longer receive because the gym is closed.
I would like to request a full refund of the $1,378 I paid for the annual gym membership and spa package, and I expect this to be resolved as soon as possible.
