I Face Air Conditioning Failure and Poor Service at Erzurum Hilton Wedding
On August 3, during our wedding event held at the Erzurum Hilton’s ballroom, we experienced a serious inconvenience. The air conditioning system did not work throughout the entire night, which made both us and our guests extremely uncomfortable. In addition, the quality of service was far below Hilton’s usual standards; the staff showed no attention or professionalism, and none of the issues we raised were addressed.
Even though we reported the problem to the hotel management during the event, no action was taken, and our discomfort was completely ignored. This was my first time facing such an issue at the Erzurum Hilton, as I had never experienced anything like this at other Hilton hotels before.
Because of these problems, I am requesting a full refund of the amount we paid. I expected far better service from a brand like Hilton, but instead, we were left deeply disappointed. I ask that this matter be resolved appropriately.
