I Face Unreturned ₺4,000 Deposit After Stay at Hilton Kozyatağı Hotel

I stayed at the Hilton Kozyatağı Hotel between August 22 and August 25, 2025. Upon check-in, a ₺4,000 deposit/authorization hold was charged to my Yapı Kredi credit card. At checkout, I was told that since there were no additional charges, the amount would be refunded. However, four days have passed, and the refund has still not been processed. The transaction continues to appear in my bank account as a “pending authorization.”

During this period, I emailed the hotel at "i**********************@hilton.com" to inform them of the issue, but I have not received any response. My reservation number is HC-2508JMPZ.

I find this situation inconsistent with the Hilton brand’s corporate reputation and request that the ₺4,000 authorization be promptly canceled and released back to my card limit.
