Hilton Deleted My 178K Honors Points Without Warning — Unfair to Loyal Members
My Hilton Honors number is 625546384. My points, which I had accumulated over many years — a total of 178,000 — have been deleted. How could you erase such a large number of points? What kind of corporate structure allows this? This kind of petty behavior is completely unworthy of a brand like Hilton. I will be filing a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board to demand the reinstatement of my deleted points.
Is there an expiration policy for points? If so, it should have been clearly communicated to me so I could have used them before the deadline. How can you treat a Diamond-level member this way? This attitude is completely inconsistent with the Hilton brand’s values and reputation.
If this situation is not corrected, I will have no choice but to cut all ties with Hilton. It’s truly disappointing — has Hilton really fallen this low?
