Heycash PayPal Cashout Not Working - Withdrawal Error

I have been using the Heycash website since 26 January and have accumulated 62,783 points, which is approximately 60 euros, through surveys and app/game challenges. When I reached this amount, I tried to cash out for the first time via PayPal and selected a 50 euro withdrawal. At that moment, on 2 March, the system displayed a message stating that there were technical problems and that I should contact support. After this first failed attempt, I tried several more times on different days, testing all available options such as 10 and 20 euro withdrawals via PayPal and also Amazon gift cards, but none of these options worked and the same error message kept appearing. I contacted Heycash support through the contact form on their website and received an automatic confirmation email and a message saying that there was an open issue and that they would solve it. However, after this confirmation, I have not received any further response or solution. In addition to this, from the moment the problem appeared, no new surveys have been offered on my account. Even though I continued playing and using the apps and games, my score has stopped progressing and no longer reaches any new reward levels as it did before. This situation gives the impression that my account has been blocked in practice, without any explanation. I request that Heycash either fully pay out the balance I have earned so far, via my chosen method (preferably PayPal), or provide a clear and prompt explanation and a working solution so that I can access my rewards and continue using the platform under normal conditions.
