I had a balance of 60 dollars in my StarPets wallet and requested a withdrawal to my Visa card in November 2025. This withdrawal has been stuck in verification for about four months and has still not been completed. During this period, I was repeatedly told that the process would be completed “in 2 days” or that the file had been transferred to “Russian operators,” but then I was informed that the file was closed. At one point, I even requested to cancel the withdrawal and convert the amount to StarPets credit instead, but that was also not carried out. For the last month, I have contacted StarPets support via live chat more than 10 times, but I have not received any concrete solution or clear explanation. I request that my 60 dollars be returned to me without any further delay, either by completing the withdrawal to my Visa card or by adding the full amount as usable StarPets credit, and that I receive a clear written explanation of what went wrong in this process.
