I Face Missing In-App Purchase on Hiyoo App After Successful Payment
On October 17, I made an in-app purchase of 17,000 coins through the Hiyoo app, paying 410 via my Akbank account. The payment was successfully processed, and I have the bank receipt as proof. However, the coins were never credited to my account.
The following day, I contacted Hiyoo customer support, and they informed me that the coins would be added within three days. It has now been more than three days, and I still haven’t received the coins or a refund. Moreover, customer support provided no additional solution, and their response was unhelpful and dismissive.
I request that this issue be resolved urgently — either by crediting the 17,000 coins to my account or by refunding the full payment to my bank. I expect a clear and timely response, as this delay has caused unnecessary inconvenience.
