888sport Delayed My Withdrawal and Offered No Real Help Through Support

With 888sport, I have had a truly annoying experience and find it unbelievable how badly they handle consumer problems. For the past five days, I have had a withdrawal locked in "pending" status; nobody seems eager or capable to fix it. I have gone on live chat several times only to get evasive promises to "look into it" and useless answers. I sought to talk with a manager, and I was passed around from one colleague to another until at last I was linked to a manager equally unhelpful. They delivered no genuine answer and kept responding from the same rehearsed lines. When I requested contact information to submit a formal complaint, they said they were unable to supply that. My whole frustration stems from this lack of openness and encouragement. 888sport requires improvement.
