Where's My Package! I Was Home All Day!

23

On July 5th, my package was supposed to be delivered, but instead, I received a false notification claiming, “We called you, but you weren’t home.” I was home the entire day, and my phone was with me—no one called. The day before, I wasn’t available, so I had already requested the delivery to be postponed. Despite this, not only was the package not delivered, but misleading information was also provided. This situation wasted my time and caused unnecessary stress. It’s hard to understand how such basic service could go wrong. I expect this issue to be taken seriously and my package to be delivered properly without further delay. I believe I deserve clear communication and reliable service.
