My Package Was Not Returned Despite 15 Days of Waiting

On September 12, based on a request I created, a Hepsijet courier came to my address and collected my package. However, I later realized that I had mistakenly handed over the wrong package. After the courier picked it up, I did not receive any tracking code or notification message. Because of this, I assumed my shipment was with another courier company and spent 3–4 days mistakenly searching elsewhere. Eventually, I found out that my package was actually with Hepsijet. Despite submitting all necessary requests, I have not received any positive response from either Hepsijet or Hepsiburada. I contacted customer service multiple times and was told it would be resolved within 1–3 business days, but even after 15 days, my issue remains unresolved. Meanwhile, the return period for the product I was supposed to send back expired. I request that my shipment, with tracking number 62753847434690 and containing kitchenware worth approximately ₺1300, be delivered as soon as possible to my address in Çayırova Yenimahalle, Kocaeli, and that my grievance be resolved.
