Hepsijet Returned My Package Without Delivery Attempt or Contact

On 13.11.2025, my cargo with tracking number BVO1211480157, sent by Hepsijet, was put into the return process with the excuse that “the recipient is not recognized at the address,” even though no one called me and no delivery attempt was made at my apartment. I was at my address in Sultangazi, Istanbul, yet my product worth approximately ₺3,524 was not delivered, leaving me aggrieved. According to delivery procedures, a second attempt should have been made, but this did not happen either. I contacted customer service several times, but I received no response. Since waiting at the branch is not possible, my product appears to have been directly sent into return. I request that my product be delivered to my address again and ask that my grievance be resolved as soon as possible.
