Hepsijet Delivery Delay Problem


Ever since it was sent out on January 24, 2024, my package with Hepsijet has been stuck at the Diyarbakır transfer center, and there hasn't been any progress as of today, February 5, 2024. Despite the increasing number of complaints, it appears that no progress has been made and no steps have been taken to address the issue. When reaching out to customer service via the tracking application, the representatives seem to have no idea about the location of the package. Their replies seem to avoid directly addressing the problem, providing general apologies and promises of help without any specific resolutions.
