Hepsijet’s New Scoring System Is Causing More Trouble Than It Solves
Hepsijet recently implemented a scoring system where each province earns points based on delivery speed. If they deliver quickly, their score increases, but when it gets busy, the couriers skip deliveries to keep their points high. They mark packages as “out for delivery” and then send them back without attempting delivery. Meanwhile, the headquarters look at these high scores and think Antalya is performing well, but in reality, this system causes huge inconvenience. My order, which was never delivered, has now been removed from sale, and my Hepsipay and bank points are wasted. Worst of all, I waited around for nothing. From now on, I’m buying my urgent items from Trendyol. Hepsiburada should fix Hepsijet Antalya or risk losing more loyal customers.
