Dyson Airwrap Purchase - Missed Promo Gift

I purchased the Dyson Airwrap from Dyson.com.tr on December 30th, and it was delivered to me on January 4th. Since January 8th, a complimentary bag has been sent to customers who have made purchases. Even though I paid the same price for the product, I was informed that there was no promotion and I didn't receive the gift. I would like to express my dissatisfaction and kindly request that the bag, which was given as a gift, be sent to me as well. The price I paid is not insignificant, and Dyson, as a corporate entity, should not create unnecessary complications for a basic bag.
