Dyson Cancels Airwrap Order Due to Unavailable Stock, Stranding Customer
Dyson Airwrap, the model I purchased on February 11th, was canceled due to a systemic issue with iyzico. They insist it's because the item is out of stock, but refuse to acknowledge it. They suggest repurchasing once it's in stock, yet the website shows no availability. Clicking the 'Notify me' button offers no solution but to wait for restocking. Selling an out-of-stock item violates consumer laws, leaving me stranded. They demand repurchase if it restocks, but I demand delivery or payment flexibility. If not resolved, I'll escalate to the Consumer Arbitration Board. Payment issues with iyzico should not prevent my product's delivery. The responsible party for resolution is iyzico, not me. If payment is the sole issue, I await shipment.
