Helppay has charged my account without my permission on three different occasions within a single month. Specifically, unauthorized withdrawals were made on June 10, June 17, and June 24 of 2025. I never approved these transactions, never subscribed to any related service, and have no idea what these charges were for.
This is completely unacceptable. I’ve wasted so much time trying to get answers—calling everywhere and getting nowhere. Despite all my efforts, I haven’t received a proper explanation or resolution.
I demand an immediate refund for all the money that was wrongfully taken from my account. If this issue is not resolved quickly, I will pursue legal action and report this unauthorized activity to the proper authorities. I expect Helppay to take responsibility and return my money without delay.
