Helppay Took Money From My Account Without Permission and I Demand a Refund
I just discovered that Helppay has withdrawn money from my account without my knowledge or approval. I never authorized any payment, subscription, or transaction involving Helppay, and I have no clue what this charge is even related to. This is completely unacceptable, and I’m genuinely confused and frustrated by how this could happen.
How can money be taken from my account without even asking for my confirmation? Why didn’t my bank verify the transaction with me first? I expect clear information about what this charge is for and an immediate refund of the unauthorized amount.
I shouldn’t have to go to every complaint platform or start tagging you on social media just to get basic customer support. Please resolve this issue now and return my money. Don’t force customers to chase you down for something that shouldn’t have happened in the first place.
