HelloTalk Support Not Resolving Device Ban Appeal Requests

I have been facing a device ban on the HelloTalk application for approximately 6 months. I acknowledge that I violated the rules in the past. However, I find it unfair that while many other users who engage in much more severe offensive and disrespectful behavior face no consequences, my accounts were permanently closed and my device was completely banned.
At this point, I am unable to create a new account or use the application in any way. During this time, I have contacted the HelloTalk support team multiple times to explain my situation and appeal the decision. Despite clearly expressing my regret each time, I have only received repeated responses stating that I violated the rules and that both my accounts and device have been disabled, without any concrete resolution.
I want to emphasize that I regret my actions and fully accept the importance of following the platform’s rules. My only request is to have my device ban lifted so that I can create a new account, or if possible, have my previous accounts reinstated.
I kindly ask for my case to be reviewed again and for a second chance to be given.
