I Cannot Create a New HelloTalk Account After Closing the Old One
I made a few accounts on HelloTalk before, but I closed them and took a vacation from using the app for a bit. I'd like to come back and make a new account so I can utilize the platform again, but I can't because my old accounts were erased. I can't go on because I genuinely want to start over and join the HelloTalk community again. I thought I had done everything I needed to do to close my old accounts correctly, so I didn't expect this kind of limitation when I tried to come back. It would mean a lot to me if the support team could help me open a fresh account so I can use the app again. It would mean a lot to me if you could help.
