Head & Shoulders Shampoo Texture Looks Off, Won't Lather, Sparks Defect Complaint

About 7 months ago, on June 15, 2025, I purchased a Head & Shoulders shampoo made by Procter & Gamble through Hepsiburada. When I started using the product, I noticed that its texture and appearance weren't normal. The product, which is supposed to be a clear liquid, is instead white and conditioner-like in consistency, and it doesn't foam at all.
The shampoo's packaging doesn't list an expiration date — it only states that the product should be used within 12 months after opening. Since it's been a long time since I bought the product and the return period has expired, I haven't contacted Hepsiburada, and I haven't had any prior contact with Procter & Gamble either.
Because of this situation, I'm requesting that the Head & Shoulders shampoo I purchased be treated as a defective/faulty product and that it be replaced. I'd appreciate it if the product could be examined, if I could be given some information, and if my situation could be resolved.
