New Head & Shoulders Clinical Formula Triggered My Eczema Again
For approximately one year, I had been regularly using Head & Shoulders Clinical shampoo because it was highly effective for my eczema problem. About two weeks ago, I purchased the new version of the same shampoo from the Watsons store inside Ümraniye Canpark Mall.
However, this new version has been nowhere near as effective as the previous one. My eczema, which had previously been completely under control, started returning again after I began using the new formula.
It is very obvious that there has been a change in the product formula, and this situation has affected me negatively both physically and psychologically. A product that I had used comfortably and successfully for such a long time suddenly becoming ineffective and triggering the return of my skin condition is completely unacceptable.
I request that Head & Shoulders and Watsons investigate the product I purchased, provide a replacement if necessary, and if possible issue a refund.
Most importantly, I ask the company to seriously review the formula change and consider returning to the previous, more effective formula that customers trusted and benefited from for a long time.
