Head & Shoulders Shampoo Had An Unusual Blue Color Instead Of White

I purchased a bottle of Head & Shoulders shampoo from a Şok Market branch in Mersin. Normally, this shampoo is supposed to have a white, pearly appearance. However, when I opened the bottle, I noticed that the shampoo inside was blue in color.

Because the product looked unusual and suspicious to me, I immediately became concerned that it might be counterfeit, defective, or spoiled, so I did not use it at all.

I noticed this issue on February 20, 2026, when I opened the product. Unfortunately, I no longer have the receipt or the barcode/lot number. However, since the color of the shampoo is completely different from its normal appearance, I am seriously concerned about the product’s authenticity and safety.

I request that the necessary investigation be carried out regarding this product and that an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund, be provided if deemed necessary.

For the health and safety of customers, I believe that suspicious situations like this should be taken very seriously and that the necessary quality and safety checks should be strengthened to prevent similar problems from happening again.
