Head & Shoulders Mislabels Menthol Shampoo as Regular
About four days ago, I bought a regular Head & Shoulders anti-dandruff shampoo from a BİM store. I had specifically chosen the non-menthol version, but when I opened the product to use it, I realized it was actually the menthol formula. Since the weather is cold, I didn't want a menthol product, and ending up with the wrong item without being able to tell from the packaging left me feeling wronged.
I didn't keep the receipt when I bought the product, so I don't have any documentation on hand right now. That said, I believe ending up with the menthol product against my wishes was the result of a packaging or printing error, and I want the brand to make up for this mistake. I'm requesting that my product be exchanged or that my situation be resolved in an appropriate way.
