Head & Shoulders Shampoo Caused Scalp Issues and Dandruff

I purchased a Head & Shoulders shampoo from Migros, expecting the usual quality I’ve always trusted. However, this time it caused unexpected problems. My scalp, which never had dandruff before, became flaky, and I even developed sores. It completely disrupted the balance of my hair and scalp.

I’ve always been a loyal user of this shampoo, so experiencing such severe effects is truly disappointing. Considering the price I paid, I expected better results. I request immediate attention to this issue and hope for a resolution. It’s disheartening to see a product I trusted for so long cause such harm.
