Head & Shoulders Shampoo Causes Severe Scalp Itching and Sleepless Nights

I had been using Head & Shoulders Classic Care 2-in-1 shampoo for years without any problems. However, since July, I've started experiencing intense itching at the roots of my hair. The itching gets worse especially in the morning, and it's actually waking me up out of sleep.
During this time, I haven't changed any other products — no conditioner, hair dye, or different shampoo brand. Since I had never experienced this kind of scalp itching before, after reading other complaints online, I realized the problem was being caused by the Head & Shoulders shampoo I was using.
I currently have 3 bottles of this same product on hand. I'm requesting a refund or exchange for these items. Given the discomfort and sleep loss I've experienced, I'd appreciate it if the products could be looked into and I could be given an update.
