I have been a loyal Head & Shoulders shampoo user for years, but over the past two months, it has started causing dandruff and scalp flaking. This is extremely disappointing, as I have always trusted the brand for its quality. When I discussed this with colleagues, I found out they are experiencing the same issues, which confirms it’s not an isolated problem.

It feels like Head & Shoulders has significantly reduced its product quality, and the once-reliable formula is now causing discomfort. I urge the company to address this issue immediately and ensure the quality of their products meets the expectations of long-time customers like me.
