Head & Shoulders Shampoo Caused Scalp Itching After Only 5 Uses
I purchased the 250 ml bottle of Head & Shoulders shampoo and used it five times, applying it 3-4 times during each wash. However, I started experiencing severe scalp itching after every use. It seems like they have changed the formula, prioritizing low cost over quality. The product may sell well, but the company clearly doesn't care about the consumers' experience. I can even provide visual evidence of the issue. This is disappointing from a brand I once trusted. I demand a solution or an explanation regarding this change.

I had written before. I mentioned that I bought a shampoo of the Hernl Sholdes brand from a cosmetics market for the newly opened house in Derince, Kocaeli. I experienced more dandruff and increased itching in my hair. I also complained at that time, asking if it was produced under the counter, but there was no response.
