Head & Shoulders Lemon Shampoo Caused Scalp Itching And Hair Loss

I used the Head & Shoulders Lemon 2-in-1 shampoo only twice, and I truly wish I had never used it at all. After using this product, my scalp started itching constantly and I began experiencing hair loss. I feel that my health has been negatively affected because of this shampoo.

I believe the company should be held accountable for whatever ingredients are being used in these products. It feels unacceptable that consumer health could be put at risk for the sake of profit. No company has the right to release products that may negatively affect people’s health in this way.

I also do not accept the way the packaging presents the product with lemon imagery, making it appear fresh, safe, and harmless, while I experienced such unpleasant side effects after using it.

I request that the company provide a clear explanation regarding the scalp irritation and hair loss I experienced after using this product and that the ingredients and formulation of the shampoo be thoroughly investigated.

I also expect the necessary steps to be taken regarding products that may put consumer health at risk in this manner.
