Head & Shoulders Classic Care Shampoo Causes Scalp Sores and Severe Dandruff
After using Head & Shoulders Classic Care shampoo, I started experiencing intense dandruff and sores on my scalp. I've been using the product for about a week now, and the same problems have continued with every use, leaving my scalp noticeably sensitive and uncomfortable.
I had previously used this brand's menthol shampoo for a long time and never had any issues like this. I purchased the Classic Care shampoo that's been causing me problems from Başgimpa. Because of this, I believe the problem I'm experiencing is specifically tied to a sensitivity to this particular product or a difference in its formula. I haven't seen a doctor yet, but what I'm dealing with is bothering me both health-wise and in terms of overall comfort.
To make up for this negative experience, I'm requesting that the company send a goodwill gift, and if possible, that they carry out the necessary checks on this product.
