HDI Insurance's Claims Process Takes Too Long





I was involved in an accident on September 2, 2023, at 18:30:35 in Izmir-BALCOVA, and the incident is documented under file number ***758 with reference to expert number 2884544. ERCG, the insurance company, confirmed that the repairs had been completed and that the vehicle was ready for delivery to the customer. However, the person in charge of my claim has been withholding approval to close the file for the past 15 days. Despite our repeated attempts to contact the expert via email, we have received no response. This situation is very frustrating and has left me feeling uncertain. Please assist me in facilitating communication between the file handler and the expert in order to expedite the resolution of my claim. The delay is causing unnecessary inconvenience and anxiety, and I am hoping for a quick resolution.
