HDI Insurance Replacement Vehicle Disgrace



In my comprehensive insurance policy, I cannot find a logical explanation for how you consider a B-segment hatchback manual transmission vehicle as a substitute for my C-segment sedan with automatic transmission, even though there is no information regarding the substitute vehicle's segment and class. When I call your customer service during business hours, they claim that this information is stated in the policy. However, I have checked my policy, and I cannot find sufficient information about the substitute vehicle. When I call customer service outside of business hours, they say that this is due to my policy being in the 'eco class.' Once again, I look at my policy, and I do not see any information stating 'eco class.' What has changed this year when last year a C-segment automatic transmission vehicle was considered suitable as a substitute? I request to renew my policy exactly as it is for the year 2022 through your agency, but despite the policy premium being increased by nearly 120%, my policy is not continued under the terms I desire. Instead, reductions are made without providing any information about the coverage. Do you find it ethical to deceive people in this way? I regret having HDI insurance. I feel like I have been deceived and taken for a fool. I will work to ensure that everyone in my vicinity and my network does not receive services from HDI insurance.
