HDI Insurance Fails to Address Policyholder Change
I recently opted for health insurance from HDI, a partner of Bupa Acıbadem Insurance. Despite requesting a policyholder change, my agency claims it's impossible, pointing fingers at Bupa for the limitation. My policies, HDI Private Health Insurance with Policy No 2100760 - 2, and HDI Private Supplementary Health Insurance with Policy No 2100582 - 2, are stuck in limbo. While you effortlessly deducted the payment from our company card, rectifying the policyholder seems beyond your capabilities. This ordeal is causing accounting headaches and an inability to find a responsible party. As a conscious consumer, I am writing this email. You handle all the finer details (additional documents), yet don't make me a victim of your internal competition. Address this matter with your authorities and provide a solution. Thank you.
