Request for Correction of Incorrect HDI Insurance Damage Record in Tramer

In 2016, under the comprehensive insurance policy I had taken out, a dent occurred on the hood of my car in Erzurum when a child accidentally stepped on it. While opening a damage record, the type of damage was mistakenly entered into the Tramer system as “flood and water damage” instead of dent repair. Because of this error, I am facing serious difficulties selling my car, as the incorrect damage type is visible in Tramer, discouraging potential buyers and causing a loss in the vehicle’s value. I first contacted HDI Insurance about the issue, but I was told that the procedures were handled by HDI and that customer service could not assist me directly; instead, I should report the problem via email. However, my grievance has still not been resolved, and the issue has persisted for two days. My policy number is 26164029. I request that this mistake in my Tramer record be corrected immediately and that my grievance be addressed as soon as possible.
