AXA Gave A Class Car Instead Of C Segment Replacement For Volvo XC40

Under my insurance policy with AXA for my Volvo XC40, I requested a replacement vehicle today due to damage to my car. However, the car provided to me was an A-segment vehicle, which is much smaller and not equivalent to my SUV’s segment. My policy clearly states that “a vehicle up to the C segment will be provided,” meaning I should have received at least a C-segment vehicle. I do not understand why an A-segment car was given instead. I received this replacement vehicle and I request that it be exchanged for a C-segment vehicle appropriate to my car’s class. When I contacted customer service, they told me that only an A-segment car could be provided. My policy number is 5690***63. I request that my grievance be resolved and that a C-segment replacement vehicle be provided in accordance with my policy rights.
