HDI Insurance Premium Reimbursement Request

We purchased a 20-day tour from the tourism agency on 4/8/2023. We paid 1695 €(Euro). However, before the holiday, my friend and I could not join the tour because we had Corona and were banned from leaving the country. But even though the company insured us with HDI insurance, we could not get our money back. It was said that the reason is epidemic disease is not valid. When did they make this decision and based on whom? Their goal is just not to refund our money. 2 companies that want to turn our illness into an opportunity. We are victims of this issue and we want our grievances to be resolved.

They did not offer any solution; they said the policy did not cover the two people who had contracted Corona. Moreover, I never even received the policy. There is no signature or approval from me. They said the tourism company does this on your behalf. Well then, make an agreement with the tourism company and handle everything. We were extremely aggrieved, but I continue to file complaints with the necessary authorities.
