I Need Refund for HBO Max Charge I Did Not Authorize

On March 28, 2026, I noticed an unauthorized charge of $72 on my Ziraat Bank credit card under the name HBO Max. I did not approve any such payment or new subscription, yet this amount was deducted from my card without my knowledge or consent.

Although I had subscribed to HBO Max in the past, I have not used the platform for approximately three years. I have not made any payments during this time, nor have I given any permission for my card details to be stored or reused. Therefore, I believe my card information may have been retained and used without my authorization.

As soon as I discovered the transaction, I contacted Ziraat Bank and canceled my card for security reasons. However, I request a full refund of the $72 charged without my consent. I also demand a thorough investigation into this incident and a clear written explanation regarding how my card information was used without my permission, along with appropriate measures to resolve my grievance.
