On March 24, 2026, at 5:03 PM, a charge of $7 was made to my Yapı Kredi Bank credit card under the name HBO Max without my knowledge or consent. I have never created an HBO Max membership, and I have never used this service.
As soon as I noticed the transaction, I contacted Yapı Kredi Bank and had my card blocked for security reasons, requesting a replacement card. However, since I have not been able to reach any HBO Max customer service number, I have been unable to contact the company directly.
I request that the $7 charged to my card be fully refunded. If any account has been created using my name or card details, I demand that it be closed immediately. I also request a detailed investigation into how my personal and card information was obtained, along with a clear explanation and a prompt resolution to this unauthorized transaction.
