I Demand Refund for Unauthorized HBO Max Transaction

On April 1 at 11:27 PM, I noticed an unauthorized charge of $7 made from my İş Bankası credit card through hbomax.com without my knowledge or consent. I do not have any HBO Max subscription, and I have never signed up for such a service.

I have already filed a dispute with İş Bankası regarding this transaction. However, I also want HBO Max to investigate how a subscription or transaction was created under my name and how this unauthorized charge occurred. This situation raises serious concerns about the security of my card information.

I request that the $7 charged from my card be refunded immediately. I also demand that any HBO Max subscription that may have been created under my name be fully canceled. Additionally, I expect a clear and written explanation regarding how this transaction took place and that the issue be resolved as quickly as possible. Otherwise, I will pursue all necessary legal actions to protect my rights.
