On March 24, 2026, an HBO Max account was activated without my knowledge or consent, and a charge was made from my Enpara card ending in 1461. I did not approve this subscription or payment in any way; I only became aware of it later through a billing email.
I attempted to contact HBO Max customer service but was unable to reach any representative or receive any support regarding this issue. This unauthorized transaction has caused me significant inconvenience.
I request that the HBO Max subscription opened without my consent be canceled immediately, that the full amount charged to my Enpara card ending in 1461 be refunded, and that all my personal and card information be permanently deleted from your systems.
