I Need Cancellation of Unauthorized HBO Max Subscription

I noticed that $9 has been charged from my Enpara card every month with the description “hbomax.com.” I do not have any subscription to HBO Max, I have never signed up for such a service, and I have never used the platform. Despite this, these recurring charges are being deducted from my account, causing serious inconvenience.

When I contacted HBO Max regarding this issue, I was told that “they would get back to me,” but I never received any response, and the problem remains unresolved. I have noticed at least one month of charges, and I suspect there may have been more in previous months, although I do not know the exact number or dates.

I request a full refund of all amounts that have been wrongfully charged to my account. I also demand that this unauthorized subscription created under my name be immediately canceled and that no further charges be made to my card under any circumstances.
