I Face Unauthorized Payment on Happn After Deleting My Account
On September 10, 2025, I noticed an unauthorized charge of ₺360 on my bank account ending in 4391, even though I had already deleted my Happn account. This charge was made without my consent or knowledge.
I immediately tried to contact Happn customer support, but I have not received any response so far. I also have the receipt and transaction slip proving this charge. It is unacceptable that a payment was taken from a deleted account with no active subscription.
I am requesting the immediate cancellation of this unauthorized charge and a full refund of ₺360 to my account. Happn must ensure that such issues do not occur again to users who have already deleted their accounts.
