I Got Charged ₺399 After Canceling My Happn Subscription and Want a Refund
I canceled my Happn subscription through the app, assuming everything was finalized. However, despite successfully ending my membership, I was still charged ₺399 this month from my Yapı Kredi account. I did not authorize this transaction, and it’s incredibly frustrating to see a payment taken for a service I no longer use or agreed to continue.
I checked my app settings again to confirm the cancellation, and there is no active subscription listed. Yet the money was withdrawn without my knowledge. This raises serious concerns about transparency and user control over recurring payments.
I am requesting a full refund of the ₺399 that was unjustly deducted. I also urge Happn to investigate how canceled accounts continue to be billed. Please treat this matter urgently and make the refund without further delay.
