I’ve recently discovered that my phone number is linked to a Happn account that I didn’t actively use, yet I’ve been charged for a subscription for the past 6 months without my clear consent. I want this subscription canceled immediately, and I expect a full refund for the months I was charged—around ₺300 per month.
It’s frustrating that there’s no clear way to cancel or even manage this through the app or customer service. I didn’t agree to ongoing charges, and no reminders or renewal notices were sent either. I feel tricked into paying for something I’m not using.
I’m formally requesting assistance from Happn’s support team to cancel this unwanted subscription, unlink my phone number, and process a refund for the unauthorized charges. I won’t accept being charged again next month. I’m completely dissatisfied and expect a resolution right away.
